It really bugs me when I see facebook status’s or something about anxiety, depression, suicidal, or some sort of disorders on facebook like it’s something you can ‘just get over’. I understand they care, and they’re trying to tell you to not let things get you down, to push forward in life. But they don’t understand it. They don’t understand what it’s like to be worried all the time, upset all the time, your mind race, your heart pounding, always thinking something is wrong, something is going to go wrong, to feel there is no way out. They don’t get that, so they shouldn’t be telling us to push forward in life, to keep our head held high. I would if I could. I’d love to see the world the way they do. But that’s just not me. & it just bothers me!

so zayn didn’t want to dance at bootcamp and he doesn’t show up when everyone else is playing football i’m just starting to think he just hates being physically active at all and i just really connect with him on a spiritual level

but seriously a little reminder

you can be friends w someone and not talk to them everyday or even often

a true friendship is eased into, like a pair of new jeans

dont squish yourself into them and feel upset and disappointed

stretch them out and become familiar and before you know it those pants are your favorite pair

I had to scroll back up and reblog this because it hit me on an emotional level
